Job Role:
Selected candidates will join the Production Department as part of the Apprenticeship Program. The primary responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the assembly of appliances on production lines

• Operating semi-automatic and automatic machines

• Handling tools, fixtures, and jigs as per training

• Performing quality checks and supporting supervisors in production processes

• Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and discipline on the shop floor

• Learning Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles during the apprenticeship

This role is an excellent opportunity for ITI pass-out candidates to gain hands-on experience in a multinational manufacturing environment and can lead to future permanent roles in the industry.

Salary / Stipend:

 Upto ₹13,000 in-hand (for 8-hour shift & 26 working days)

• Overtime Rate: ₹100 per hour

• 12-hour Duty Additional Allowance: ₹75

• B Shift Allowance: ₹50 per shift

• C Shift Allowance: ₹75 per shift

Additional Benefits:
